2. *State of the product:* The item must be in original condition, unworn and in its original packaging.

2. *Package the item:*Package the hair tie securely and include the purchase receipt or invoice.

*Return costs:*

The cost of returning the item is at your own expense. Please make sure to post the package sufficiently and keep a shipping receipt. ZigZagFun is not responsible for lost returns.

*Reimbursement:*

Once we have received and verified your return, we will refund the purchase price to your account within 14 days. This will be done using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

*Excluded from return:*

- Items that have been worn, damaged or are not in original condition.
- Items without original packaging or purchase receipt/invoice.
